Robyn Brock

Facilitator

Robyn has spent the pasts 16 years working at with the Greek community at Florida State University serving as the Assistant Director of Greek Life and then the Assistant Dean/Director of Greek Life where she was able to work closely with each of the four Greek governing councils, advocate for the Greek community, and support students during community-wide crises such as hurricanes, campus shootings, and a Greek life suspension. She is the current Associate Director of the student union where she supports campus-wide programming, student and staff training, and building campus community.  Robyn’s professional journey has allowed her to expand her work with fraternity and sorority organizations, chapters, and individual students to be applicable to a broad range of student groups. 

In her volunteer roles, Robyn has served Kappa Kappa Gamma as a Province Director of Chapters, Leadership Academy facilitator, and most recently for five years on the NPC Delegation. She has also volunteered with several student-focused conferences including the Coalition for Collegiate Women as the Associate Executive Director, the Southeastern Interfraternity Conference as a president’s track facilitator, and currently serves as the Associate Director of Programs and Operations for the Southeast Greek Leadership Association.  

Developing, implementing, and adapting curriculum is skill Robyn has developed through years of experience.  Working through campus curriculum committees to create a leadership course for emerging leaders in student organizations, creating a two-night Greek Leadership Summit team-based leadership curriculum, and developing relevant crisis management trainings for students and staff, Robyn designs practical curriculum to support student development and manage issues.  Her greatest strength is conducting individual and small group consults where issues and possible solutions may be identified.  

Robyn Brock is dynamic student-focused professional who works with students and institutions to create realistic and innovative approaches and solutions for health and safety issues. She is a strategic thinker who is able to quickly analyze the issues and brainstorm possible approaches and solutions.
